Profund 2weeks submitted but joburg did not recieve my papers

Goodday I went to profident fund office in long street on 23 August to submit My papers.To MY suprise the security at the door she is taking in the people papers and then she give you a small paper that say If no money then I must come back on 24september 2022.I did a follow up today 5sept 2022 to my suprise jiburg head office inform me they haven't recieved my papers asyet.I told them it's two weeks how come .I then called the man incharge Benedict he told me it's a walk in I must go in again and follow up.cos that is a walkin centre and they don't have a telephone line.This is so unacceptable. Where must I get money to go up and down for my money please help me I really need my money.And since when do the security at the profund cape town branch have a right to take people forms what happened to the forms sew that is 2weeks and not even submitted. What's the delay there .
