Private Security Provident Fund is useless

In 2018 i had to claim my funds as the company i worked for canceled out Provident fund. Now in 2024 my tax refund will not happen as said company dit not complete a tax derivative and never send me a IRP5 form. They do not answer phone calls or emails. Think n must get help from lawers to get reaction from them.
