PRIVATE SECURITY PROFIDENT FUND PUT CLAIMS ON HOLD?

Last week i put in a claim with the PRIVATE SECURITY PROFIDENT FUND and after a week as they normally request you to follow up on your claim progress. which i did via their WhatsApp portal and was told that they put my claim on hold as they are still waiting for the contributions from October and then i waited a while because i could not understand what i hear and ask them again about the progress of my claim and was told they waiting for contributions of three months ago that the employer made towards the fund and can not process unless the funds avail. i was very furious at this point...that is why no wonder we as security guards and officers wait in vain for our PROFIDENT FUND CONTRIBUTIONS towards this fund this is really not fair and this is poor service. I then told the consultant I'm going to take the matter further. I'm really not satisfied the way we get treated in the private security sector. The Waiting time for the funds to reflect in your bank account are 4to6 weeks i will definitely come back online and inform hello peter how long I've waited for my profident fund contributions to this fund.
