Horrific Service

At the end of September, I was retrenched and at that point, I logged a claim with the Private Security Sector Provident Fund to claim for a provident payout. I was told that it will take 3 months to pay out and that should payment not be in by the 20th of December, I should call back to follow up. I called on the 20th of the December to follow up, as well as on the 23rd of December. Both times, I was placed on hold for almost 2hours without speaking to any representative. Now, I need to follow up on when my funds will be released as I am still retrenched, however, I am not getting any feedback or assistance from the Private Security Sector Provident Fund.
