Futura never helps

I must says that this is one company that offers the worst service. each time a claim is sent I need to wait and be on the phone with futura only to be sent from pillar to post. The claim requests that I send are to help my son with his education, how can this be consistent when futura make me feel as if I am making a loan application? I have sent a claim request on the 14 of May and have been told that the claim was approved but I have not received the money. I need this solved, this is unacceptable. I'm wasting my money calling you and this never gets resolved.
