Shortage of provident fund

Hellopeter My name is Tholithemba Milton Gumede ,I'm currently unemployed, my contract was terminated last year November due to health issues. I was employed by Fidelity security working at The Pavilion Shopping center as a security duty manager.Claim documents were emailed by Fidelity to Psspf on the 13 December 2023 and on the 26 January 2024 I went to the Psspf call center at Durban for a follow-up purpose and I was told that I must expect the amount of R23,295.47 whereby I was expecting +/- R35000 since I was claiming for 3 different companies which is Thompson Khusela security, LeapServe security and Fidelity security.

Mr Edson Goba mananged to verify the problem and escalated the matter ,Bulelwa Mose responded and emphases that investment switch was done from record ***(Thompsons Khusela security an amount of R14,031.70 to record *** under Fidelity with a total trans calculating at R5,997.88.Mr Goba and I noticed that contribution from LeapServe security was excluded from the record which was sent by Bulelwa Mose as I started contributing from 29 February 2020 to 31 August 2022 and total contribution at R12,384.09 (system number ***).On the 23rd February 2024 they paid me benefit amount of R23,295.47. I've been calling and visiting the call center non of them is willing to assist me,I even reported the matter to their supervisor Hloniphile on 29 March 2024 who assured to call me back in 10 minutes but she failed when I called spoken with Lerato I was told that she was busy with other claims she will contact me on the following day until today still awaiting for her call.Sometimes I ask my self what if this occurred when I passed away!! It unfair to me.Kindly assist
