Unhappy 15 day wait for a activation number

After 15 days we finally got installation. All they had to do was plug in my existing router and give me an activation number, after begging pleading and all it took was 50 min to complete the activation number!!!!!! Why on earth could the techies not have done this over the phone, in the first place on day one. My Daughter is doing home schooling. That makes no difference to them the do not care, I am looking for a new provider.
