Terrible service, couldn't care less about customers

Terrible service. Awful ********* company. I paid for a R365 featured listing for 30 days just for them to take down my post a few days later due to it expiring, AFTER even receiving an email confirming ''Thank you for the payment, your avert is now featured for 30 days". The paid for advert boost should allow the post to stay up until the end of the payment date DESPITE the expiry day of the listing!! I've literally thrown money down the drain with them taking the listing down despite the paid for 1 month feature they happily took from me. You are also lucky if you get a reply from them. If you do its DAYS later. Rather use Property24, much better service it seems!
