Refund taking long

I have been waiting for my refund since last week they say it take 5 to 7 working days for a service that was never provided I don’t know why they debit your account first before listing the property because it inconvenience the client now I wanna pay effect companies like property 24 but I am stuck waiting for them to refund me my money , you debited me the same day why can’t you refund me the same day you too quick to take the money before giving the service but take too long to refund back people’s money
