Privateproperty.coza mismanagement

I have been renting out my property for over 1 year now with Private Property.coza while working abroad. The last couple of months have been nothing but a headache and stress. From mismanagement of the lease and property itself, wrong funds being paid over to me, my tenants getting no response from emails and new of lease or correct paperwork not being followed through. For an owner I would not recommend using them. The manager in Charge Werner Ferreria gives nothing but empty promises while the bills pile up. The lady who I had all the faith in the world with and who was tasked with this under the same company Bianca Bell, has dropped me in complete drama and simple again tells me that she will look it up and oh, she has resigned?? Up until now there is still no resolve just a mountain to climb and more funds to throw away.
