After numerous complaints about my advert not being seen/no responses received after 2 weeks of complaining, they refused to refund me, notwithstanding the fact that I received no value for my money/response. Instead, they keep promoting/marketing that clients should pay a higher fee for better visibility... It's a money-making business and would not refer them to anyone, ever.
