Not displaying my photos of my property!
I posted pictures of my sea front property that is currently for sale. I logged in before to view my ad and saw the wrong location of this property on a map and had to ask them to change this. Not sure how long it was like that! Then I logged into my profile over the weekend and saw that the photos I took of the property and the ocean view was taken down and it only showed the photos PP took! These pictures do not do this sea front property justice and some of them showed the house next door and a view of the property to the road! The 360 view of the property was taken down as well! This is not the service you want for the price you pay! I emailed a consultant and was told that there can sometimes be technical glitches and I should contact them if it happens again but this means I have to log in every day to check! I have asked for a refund but you can probably guess what the answer was...

Your listing (the stand in Jacobsbaai) was first activated on our website on the 13 October 2014 - since then it has been viewed a total of 163 times. We sent out 55 notifications to Buyers who were registered to receive these at the time of the listing being activated, again when the Virtual Tour was activated on the 29/10/2014 and then to 51 registered Buyers when the price was reduced on the 22/4/2015.
During this period we upgraded the system that hosts the Virtual Tour files which may have resulted in your file being *******ed but when this was brought to our attention this was resolved. At any time you are in a position to edit your property listing that has always remained visible to an online buying audience.
I would like to ensure you continue to benefit from the advertising exposure as it is only a matter of time before you sell - considering your property is ideally priced. Allow me to extend your advert at no cost for as long as you need it to be.
