Listings already sold still on the website
There are numerous listings of houses all over the country that have been sold and are still listed on the website. This causes potential buyers and I'm sure estate agents a lot of hassle. Wasting time on making inquiries on houses that aren't available anymore is just not fun and very irritating. <br> <br> I base this complaint on the basis of an agent informing me that the website will be notified to remove a listing, but this sometimes takes months. Please let me know if this is not the case.<br> <br> I have done inquiries on about ten different properties, and four of them have been sold and are still being listed on the site.

There are staff employed in our business who handle the \Reported items\" on a daily basis - this being the listings that the Browsers on the website have reported for no longer being available. We have a very clear procedure of making contact with the \"owner of the listing\" to ensure that the reason for the listing being reported is valid
