DONT USE THEIR RECOMMENDED TRANSFER ATTORNEYS!!!!!

We listed our property on Private property for sale. I must admit that part of the process was very professional and successful. Where it all falls to pieces is they recommended a transfer attorney Robin Twaddle & assoc. We used this firm based on their recommendation given their experience and if I am honest its the worst mistake I have made in a very long time. I have now twice had to re-request and repay for extension of clearances, the house has been empty for over a month as they confirmed the transfer will be through by 30 June and im incurring loss and damages every day. When you recommend a firm to your clients I would make sure they are professional and efficient. It reflects extremely poorly on you when a client has to deal with what we have. Their pathetic performance has ruined your brand and reputation in my eyes and I would very much reconsider putting them forward to anyone again.
