Declined Listing with Private Property
<p>I tried to list a property with Private Property under ref rr***. The property is owned by a Trust which I am a founder and trustee, even after providing my ID copy, Letter of Authority and Levy statement I was told they cannot verify ownership of the property. The lady by the name of Sane told me that she was checking and verifying ownership using my ID, and I kept telling her that she wouldn't find anything under my personal name as the Trust is seen as a separate legal entity. After trying to explain countlessly, she ended telling me I must use other free services i.e. Gumtree or OLX. ****py service.</p>
