Private Pools was paid but no Cover

I found Private Pools in Centurion on OLX. I phoned the company. Dewaal said I must just measure the pool. He gave me a quote but I did request him to go to my house to measure the pool and he did come and measure. The 7th of December he sent me a quote - 9620 (The number). I paid him the required amount for the PVC Cover, to be ordered. The amount was R3890.00. The quote stated it takes 5-7 working days for the Cover to be made. Till today I still have not received my pool cover. I keep on phoning Dewaal but no luck. My problem is my child is 4 and cant swim, and I still need a cover.<br> The company got a website [URL Removed] and facebook account. <br> All I want is my cover or my money I paid back so that I can get a cover for my pool to keep it safe for my child.<br>
