Dewaal Van Wyk run off with deposit

I found Private Pools (supposedly operating from Centurion) on the internet. I contacted the company via its web portal to come and do measurements for a pool cover and quotation at my house. I was promptly contacted by a Dewaal Van Wyk who came, did the measurements and forwarded me a quote, he requested I pay him which I did. I was promised it will take between 5-7 working days before the actual installation will be done and that I will be updated when the cover is ready to be fitted, this was around 05 April 2016. I waited for him but was not contacted. I then tried to contact him on numerous occasions and on the times that I did get a hold of him was given the runaround. I did not get my pool cover nor a refund! I would not recommend Private Pools - which appears to be a one man operation - to anyone ! L Marais Pta North
