Jaedan Brikkels made a comment re myself Corrie Hurter and my company The Rental Giant She claimed that I kept a substantial amount of her deposit and warning people that I don’t return deposits Jaedan Brikkels left my cottage in a bad state - the cottage was newly panted just before she moved in and caused damage that she objected to when I charged her a portion of the repairs She claims that water usage was included in the rent - yes it was - at reasonable usage - not for friends who stay over from Friday to Monday and with more friends visiting and partying My previous tenants lives in the cottage for 4 years and the only reason they moved out was because they were having a baby Jaedan was asked on many occasions to keep the noise levels down when having friends over - I requested this many times Jaedan and her friends liked to party and often became very noisy when inebriated - also kept the neighbours up till 2am and 3am in some cases
