Very poor and traumatic service

<p>Poor service. Their truck broke down on the freeway and my husband had to drive them around looking for a spare part (we demanded they pay us for that which they deducted from the bill) Our furniture was damaged. They demanded us to pay for a second load which we had not budgeted for. The supervisor wanted to hold some of our items as coletoral and they refused to leave our place they actually camped in our lounge demanding we pay them. We had to call the police and that was around 22:00pm</p>
