Toiletpaper turns blue when wet??

This product use to be alright, and i didnt mind buying it it was a good price for 2ply against the big brand names ;even with its little faults like every roll will be a diffrent texture and yet come from the same bag, and the uneven cuts. But its getting worse and worse from being white in colour it turned to a grayish shade, this toiletpaper is clearly recycled yet they call it luxurious. But whats worse is that now it turns blue when in contact with any liquid and they charge top dollar for it?? This was my last purchase of this name brand. What a waist of money
