toilet paper

If i pay for 2 ply I expect that. Not half of the second ply. now you phone them on *** they tell you to take it back to the shop with the slip. REALLY I don't keep slips firstly and secondly the shop didn't manufacture the stuff????? still waiting for a Rep to phone me -
