The workers broke some of my own equipment. Never replacing. They stached the left over cement underneath the ready made concrete on my driveway..it became solid *****t and we needed to remove it ourselfs. The inside of the house is build so skewed that the tilers had to use much more tile cement!!! Johan Coetser took my houseplans and promised to return it. Never did. Being asking him ever since February. Hes reply to me is to get it reprinted...it cost me R16000.00!! He charged me R280 p hour! Did NOT attend to his workers in a managing fashion. He is not worth given a chance to build on any property. They used 50 bags on cement. Only building 2 inside and 2 outside 3x4x 2m walls and did some screeting inside.
