Medical INSURANCE/AID tax credit claim

Gakiemah and her manager Jeremy, do not possess simple TAX knowledge for medical tax credit claims via a payslip. I requested a tax credit claim with my medical insurance (they advised me I requested it - and it sounded like them saying it is not their fault). Being the Private Client they are for my Employer, they should have educated me on the terms and rejected my request, INSTEAD, they delegated the duty to a new employee to add my insurance as a medical aid for a tax credit on my payslip, which I later found should have not been done. They did not take accountability for their actions and now I have to pay SARS R15000 back for the tax credit and I'm NOT HAPPY. There's no other solution to this other than paying SARS back, but in current circumstances, I did not expect this. This could have all been avoided with proper education which is why companies like this are hired.
