Poor communication
I contacted this company to help with homecare for a loved one and this is how I was treated: 1. I had to call and text multiple times in order to set an appointment/visit date. Days would go by without communication from their side. 2. They never showed up on the agreed upon date and never cared to notify me why they couldn't make it. I only got a reply days later(and many calls and texts later). They didn't show up again for a second time. 3. They eventually sent a carer to assist us and he did a wonderful job. 4. The carer only came for 6 out of 14 days. I raised this concern and asked for assistance for the remaining days and I was ignored. I was ignored in a group that consisted of the carer and 3 other staff of the company. I was also ignored by one of the staff I texted privately. No one rep**** to my messages. No one has explained why services were abruptly stopped. Just silence
