private affairs not to be trusted

<p>Around the 7 March 2016 I contacted private affairs and was dealing with Alice who is the owner of this business. I am in the middle if a divorce and needed some investigation done on my husband. The first few days Alice spoke to me and answered all my questions. After a deposit of r8000 was paid I never heard from her. I tried calling her several times to no avail. at no point to date does she ever contact you to advise on any progress if any. In the meantime she randomly answers when you threaten to report this company and then you never hear from her again. She never advises from the start as to how you can expect a progress report. It is the faster way I spent r8000 and I have never had anything back in return. The few responses that I ever got was that she is still working on the case and doesn't have any information yet which is now 3 months later. They promise that they have investigators throughout the country but try calling on her cellphone which is the only contact number available for this company. Please don't be fooled by this company and when I requested to see her before going ahead with the investigation she advises she was in durban , that should have alarmed me but in desperation I went ahead.</p>
