Pre Paid Meter

<p>My Electricity account was behind at 43 000 and it has taken me 5 months to pay it off.</p> <p>I am now up to date. i have installed a Gas fridge, stove and geyser plus i also have the generator.</p> <p>my meter was unblocked and i hardly use electricity due to the fact that i leave at 5 in the morning and get home at 8 at night. i have finally run out of airtime and now i go to buy power and it says that its offline does this mean i am blocked, </p> <p>meter number ********** 9487. please advise.</p>
