PAID R1200 FOR A SERVICE THAT I AM NOT GETTING

I placed a complaint against Private Affairs for a service I paid for (R1200) I was told it would take one hour, nine hours later after putting the complaint on Hello Peter, I received for the first time that day a phone call from a guy at the company shouting and threatening me to take the complaint off Hello Peter otherwise he will turn my world upside down and make my life hell, and that they would only give me all the information once the complaint is off Hello Peter. I was also told that they (Alice Gericke) will be putting a ******** case against me for putting the complaint on Hello Peter. I tried bargaining with them the following day, saying I am prepared to put the complaint into a compliment if they just give me the details I paid for. This is day 5 now, and I am still waiting for all my information I paid for. I did see a detective today and we will be opening a case against Alice Gericke - Private Affairs.
