<p>My Mom is a pensioner; last year Donna Claire started sending her R80.00 airtime every month, there was no agreement made for this airtime. She went to Tzaneen Foschini store on three occasions telling them to cancel as she cannot afford it. They said she must write a letter of which she did on those three occasions and she was promised that the letters will be sent to Donna Claire Head office but in the mean time she must be paying the account or she will be sent to Jail if she does not pay. Threatening a pensioner. She decided to Stop paying they blocked her phone and she was told that if she does not pay R150 by the 5th of February she will be blacklisted and the Sherriff will come and take things from her house and sell them and she can also go to Jail. She is very much traumatized. Can you please intervene? This is ********* business practice. She did not sign for it. MTN said she has a contract with Donna Claire when I called them yesterday night.
