Donna Claire Account

<p>My Mom is a pensioner; last year Donna Claire strated sending her R80.00 airtime every month,there was no agreement made for this airtime. She went to Tzaneen Foschini store on three ocaccassions telling them to cancell as she cannot afford it. They said she must righ a letter of which she did on those three occassions and she was promissed that the letters will be sent to Donna Claires Head office but in the mean time she must be paying the account or she will be sent to Jail if she does not pay. Threatening a pensioner. She decided to Stop paying they blocke her phone and she was told that if she does not pay R150 by the 5th of February she will be blacklisted and the Sherrif will come and take things fro her house and sell them and she can also go to Jail. She is very much traumatised. Can you please intervene. this is ********* business practise. She did not sign for it. MTN said she has a contract with donna claire when I called them yesterday night.
