Chris Landsberg refuses to refund my Deposit.

Chris Lansberg my previous Landlord refuses to refund my deposit. I had a very bad experience with my landlord, Chris Landsberg, who has various properties that he rents out privately. I rented from him for 10-years and was always up to date, never missed a rent payment. In November 2022, without any valid reason he started to treat me very poorly, denied me access to the parking space which was included- and agreed upon in my Rent agreement, for which I paid. He even assaulted and threatened me, which eventually gave me no option but to find another place to stay. I gave him 30-days' notice, moved out and now he refuses that pay back my Deposit and even blocked me so I can't get hold of him. The property is in a much better condition than it was when I moved-into it and I had to fix many things myself, because he hardly ever did what he promised, but I still paid my rent in full during this time. He also **** by saying that he supp**** me with full gas bottles when I moved in, which was not the case, and I can proof it. The least he can do is to pay back my Deposit. This is theft and I'm in the process of taking this further with the Rental Tribunal. #BlackFriday
