Absurd SABC legal demand notice

As a legal company do you not bother to check the validity of information supp**** to you by an already ******* state entity? You quoted an amount of R8183.90. At the current cost of a TV licence (nevermind the increase in cost over the years which means it is actually more in terms of total years), and factoring in my age, you are telling me that I am roughly outstanding on 30 years of TV licence fees. I am 39. So you are telling me that unknowingly to myself or my parents, when I was 9 years old I took out my first TV license and from then on never bothered to ever pay it again. You can borrow my calculator if yours is broken. Aside from the above fact, I haven't had a TV licence in my name before about 3 years ago. I would be very interested for either you or the SABC to provide written proof of where I signed for a TV licence application when I was 9, 19 or even 29 for that matter. Surely that is the investigation that should be done by you? Find a legally binding document? Do you need some help with that? Just for interest sake, my last payment of R265.00 was made on 23 June 2016 and I have the proof. Before that a payment was made on 22 June 2015 for R265.00. Guess what happened in June 2014? Yip, I paid it. On 23 June 2014 a payment of R265.00 was made. What happened in 2013? Nothing as I did not have a TV licence. Again, if you have that legally binding document where I signed in 2013 or any other year before that, please produce it. Also, while you are at it, can you please provide me with a detailed statement showing the breakdown in cost. I would love to see the accounting method at work that produced this outstanding amount. So, the next step for me is to log this on hellopeter.com. I have already submitted it on Outa's website as well. I know I am correct and you and the SABC are both confused. If this is not rectified I will push this as far as required. You should really think about who you do business with.
