Poor workmanship

Michael came to fibreglass my pool last year, only to find out that the quality of his work a year later was poor. The paint peeled off and there are patches all around the pool. He gives you a 2 year guarantee on the workmanship but goes against this as he is now uncontactable by cell, email and watsup. I'm actually in the process of getting a lawyer to get my problem resolved. Use this guy at ur own risk. He complained to me about people not paying him and wants payment done urgently, yet to call him to fix his shoddy work is a nightmare.
