How to ghost a client when they have a problem with your work

I had my fibreglass pool resurfaced at the end of 2020. About 5 months ago a small crack developed up the side of a step and this had gradually gotten worse resulting in a big section where the top layer is peeling off. This could potentially be causing water leaks!! I have been trying to get hold of Pristine Pools for 4 months now via email, cell messages and website contacts with no response whatsoever. I guess my only recourse is to take them small claims court which I am intending to do at the end of this week if not response is received.
