The service was excellent, sales reps understand the process and make you to feel at home

The service was excellent, sales reps understand the process and make you to feel at home. However, I 'm not impressed with lack of recognition to customers especially after we bought two car's but there was no present or gift handed to us form of appreciation. That still left me with bad taste.
