Poor Service at Pristine

2023 around late November, I brought a Hyundai Sonata 2011 2.4 ... 2024 6th of January I had to replace brake pads, February, i had complains about the sunroof, where their service was not as they seem before you purchase the car, all the smiles and patience ... when I was busy with sunroof I told the mechanic there about a sound on the suspension, his response was a lot of cars do this, it's normal.

Last week, the car randomly stopped working after it was parked midday ... I had to tow it to get it checked and then I contacted the salesman who assisted me, the very same person who was all caring, turns out it's all an act that they pose to get their commission and after transfers to bank, they don't give a toss anymore.

A car to be paid in 5 years gets broken down at 1 year 3 months and all they say is, your warranty is over and over 1 year has passed so you'll have to cover your repair costs

So for the next 3 years 9 months I'll be paying for a car that no longer works.

Nice, to anyone going to buy a car there, just be careful. Most of their cars are in great conditions yet if like me, you are not careful, you might end up being in my situation
