Poor aftercare service as we bought a brand new vehicle that came without interior mats

Poor aftercare service as we bought a brand new vehicle that came without interior mats. We were promised mats by the Salesmen (Ahmed) and 2 months later we running after him to courier the mats. Very disappointing.
