I've experienced outstanding customer service at Pristine, best I've had in any industry. They exceeded my expectations in purchasing my BAIC B30E. I initiatws contact on workers day (public holiday), Anees took thd call and mentioned they were closed, but still assisted me and started making a deal for me. I drove the next day to them to give more detail and mentioned my needs. All were met and all the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. They managed to get the dealing needed, and kept me up to date constantly. They arranged my finance, bought my old car and delivered my new car to my house within 5 days. It would've been quicker if they had stock, but they made a plan to get it from another branch and to me. All in all, kudos to this team and Anees is exceptional in his service! I would recommend anyone to go to this dealership, the drive is worth it and would beat your local dealer any day of the week. Thanks for the fantastic experience and service!
