I was assisted by Waseem.I could not be happier with the experience from start to finish. Waseem made it to be very smooth and even though it was stressful as I had to deal with the trade in , shortfall and new installment increase. He was very honest and transparent on the installment adjustments I have to absorb due to the shortfall. His support and encouragement especially when he said "I try my utmost best to ensure that you get the best possible deal that you can adjust to " made me certain that I'm at the right place. Waseem is very patient, professional and acts quick because it took 24 hours from submission of my documents to driving out with my car. For a moment I thought I was dealing with the direct dealership owner because of his care and attention to detail of my current situation. I would recommend Pristine motors to anyone anytime, they have a great team up until the finance department. The entire process was not painful but I felt at home.
