I am retracting my 5-star review of Pristine Motors and reducing it to 2 star due to ongoing by car issues and poor treatment. Since purchasing the car, I’ve faced multiple problems: 1. Brake Issues: Prompted a 50km trip back to the dealership. 2. Technology Malfunctions: Wipers don’t respond, parking assist noises, and intermittent functionality. 3. Faulty Equipment: A piece of equipment is visibly out of place. These issues have been frustrating, but what’s worse is the unprofessionalism of Anees, the salesman. Initially, I gave him a glowing review, but his attitude became disrespectful and combative when I sought assistance. Thankfully, Sirish, the manager, stepped in to resolve the matter professionally. While the process involved pushback and negotiations, I eventually received a replacement car. This experience serves as a reminder to always know your consumer rights and advocate for fairness, even when faced with resistance.
