I am retracting my 5-star review of Pristine Motors and reducing it to 1 star due to ongoing car issues and poor treatment. Since purchasing the car, I’ve faced multiple problems: 1. Brake Issues: Prompted a 50km trip back to the dealership. 2. Technology Malfunctions: Wipers don’t respond, parking assist noises, and intermittent functionality. 3. Faulty Equipment: A piece of equipment is visibly out of place. These issues have been frustrating, but what’s worse is the unprofessionalism of Anees, the salesman. Initially, I gave him a glowing review, but when I reached out about these problems, his attitude changed. Today, he was disrespectful, combative, and even accused me of sabotaging my own car. Instead of assisting, he argued unnecessarily about solutions when I only sought a reliable car. This experience has been deeply disappointing. A new car should bring comfort, not conflict and recurring issues.
