I am hereby writing to inform you about the disheartening experience I had. On the 14th of March I bought a car there and this other male assistant, I forgot his name, took my phone and claimed to be writing a review. Only to find out he activated a debit other and set the debit order day to every Monday of every week and that was not my agreement with your company, because i will not be able to afford that. So I would like to find out how this matter will be dealt with because I am truly disappointed as this was done without me being aware.
