disgusting, products and services - not even fit for an animal!

if there was a zero rating it would be too high for the terrible experience we have has with this shocking company. They come across as friendly and polite... until they sell you a product, deliver it quickly in a rush and run for the hills with your hard earned money. We purchased a 3/4 bed mattress and base from this company, they dropped it off in a rush and once we unpacked it we realised that it was a solid frame, wrapped in generic mattress fabric with literally 6 springs in the bed!!! absolutely disgusting after sales service. They sell their products online as luxurious, comfortable, high quality products - dont be fooled. This is a ****!!
