Worst Service

I had a worst service at the above company Prisma Marble Hall, on 20/12/2024 I took my car to them to fit shocks absorbers which I bought from the auto spares and instead of fitting my shocks they remove the rear spring on my car and did not put it back and on 28/12/2024 I went back to them after I experienced some funny noise and when I check I realized that the spring is not there and they promised me that they will check with the mechanic who was working on my car and I returned on the 30th and he was still not at work and I should come on the 2nd of January 2025, which I did and they said He does not know what happened to it and they will order a new one for me and every time when I go to them they keep promising and nothing is coming out of it .
