No communication from HFR and Prism

My dad William Van Rhyn was shot dead in May 2019, it is 2020/01/20, i have since called this his previous work last week Friday, which is HFR, regarding this and i was given the run around, i sent an email to ***, she does not respond to my emails, i need to understand why the children of William Van Rhyn are not paid out what is rightfully theirs? I am 28 years of age, his first born, and i have sent through my certified front and back of my ID as requested, and nothing, so my dad paid for cover that will not pay out to his beneficiaries? What was he working for?
