WORST SERVICE WITH EMPTY PROMISES

This is by far the worst experience I ever had with a travel agency. I phoned Priority Travel and spoke to Dominic Linnetts on several occasions. I could get my plane tickets cheaper booking it myself and therefore opt for that option. They had a special advertised for Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai We decided to go to Dubai only because of this special advertised. We never take leave over the school holidays, but this time we booked in school holidays because of the time the special was valid. I called Dominic a couple of times and he assured me that everything is under control. My last mail was: "My big concern is that we decided on this holiday because of the special for Atlantic, The Palm Hotel. The additional days are basically an add-on to our main objective to stay at the Atlantic The Palm. We bought the plane tickets as you know. That is non-refundable and we booked another 4 days at the Atlana Hotel.

We have no purpose to go on this break unless we get that special that was advertised and you gave me a quote for R16 904 for 3 night, on a dinner, bed and breakfast, transfers and drinks with dinner basis."

After this e-mail I did not hear back from him although he made all the promises and I made the bookings and bought the plane tickets.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that I received from Dominic Linnetts and I will never make use of Priority Travel again and will certainly not recommend them at all.
