Money deducted from my account without my permission

On 2 Sept they deducted R 1,999.24 from my account and again R 6.217.83 for two memberships i spoke to them before they said it is fixed to only one membership i did not renew my membership or authorised these deductions you must go into the app renew and pay i did not renew as i am unemployed and now i must pay absa back i want them to refund the money back into my account i did not renew my membership and it is not automatic to renew without my petmisdion they used my card fetails to deduct they even show on e mail sent to me activate your acvount i did not it says on their app if i want to renew my membership i must give them a shout i did not call them or renewed my membership it is shocking to deduct all that money from my credit card now im in arrears i want my money back
