Unbelievable end to end service and professionalism! BFF’s forever!

Let me start of by saying I’ve never been a fan of travel agencies. Nothing against them but I’ve always been the DIY Traveller. Haha!

But now that I’ve experienced the incredible service, people and experiences that Priority Escapes has to offer I don’t think I will ever look back!

This is one of those brands you see all over social media with people saying phenomenal things everyday, being tagged everywhere, incredible deals being advertised and everyone seems to be talking about it… then you stop and think… no… something must be wrong… but take it from me… nothing is wrong! Everything was 100% PARADISE!

From the minute we requested a quote, to chatting back and forth on what option best suits us, to helping keep me calm when I had issues with Home Affairs, then bending over backwards to move dates, flights and accommodation around… but it didn’t stop there. The smiling welcome at the airport, the calls after immigration, the support again when we arrived and the check in when we got back depressed to be back home. 😂

You guys have built an incredible business and what sets you apart is the fact that you yourself have experienced the places you suggest. You know first hand what things feel like and in turn the people at the resorts are an extension of your team so we never felt unsupported or unloved. Thanks for being so great team!
