Priority Escapes Nightmare!!!!

My family (a group of 10) booked a trip in February 2023 for a two week holiday with Priority Escapes for August this year. We were informed last minute about the non existent direct flight and had to pay in to fly on Qatar to continue with our holiday plans. Communication from Priority Escapes was non existent around the flight change and found out via friends of ours that this flight no longer existed. This was just the starting point, we arrive in Male on Monday the 4th of August to be told that our accommodation was never paid for and therefore the hotel couldn’t transfer us… 4 young kids with us and we literally stuck in a foreign country with nowhere to go! We contacted Priority Escapes who were unapologetic and unhelpful. We are now in the same position whereby we had to pay AGAIN for a week that we already paid for after Francois the MD made multiple false promises we would be refunded the hotels would be paid for and we are stuck unable to move to our next week’s accommodation because surprise surprise they were never paid either! This was a holiday we planned months and months in advance for. A holiday that is meant to be a once in a lifetime opportunity that this company has destroyed for ALL of us! Do NOT book with Priority Escapes!!!!!!! We have lost 100’s of thousands of Rands to a company that is still falsely advertising and has shown no compassion or remorse to what they have done to us and clearly what they continue to do!!
