He was patient with us doing qoute after qoute eager to assist. And when it was finally booked we had a minor issue at Male airport. We thought this was an emergency as the hotel staff at Male airport did not want to let us to board our flight to the resort. Within a few minutes after making the call. Lillian who answered our call at priority escapes was brilliant. She sorted the miscommunication matter out within minutes. And we boarded our flight to paradise.

Yes the flight from SA to Maldives was not direct but it was not an issue. We made the best from the stop over in Dubai international.
