Amazing Customer Experience ✨✨

A very long while I enquired about a trip to the Maldives and due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel. We had paid a deposit and got a voucher in lieu of a refund. We have taken a lot longer to use the voucher and it was dangerously close to expiring. We needed the voucher extended again. The level of understanding, empathy and customer experience I’ve received from Levi and Francois this week has been phenomenal. I am truly happy about the customer service and experience. In all honesty, PE had no obligation to renew the voucher, but their willingness to help and accommodate us has proven why they are the best in the business.
